Mental Refrain ("we", "us") is a mindfulness and affirmation app built on the Base44 platform. We take your privacy seriously, especially because you may share personal reflections, journal entries, and details about your life to personalize your affirmations.
Your account email and name, the affirmation sessions and playlists you create, journal and mood check-in entries, your optional "My Story" personalization details, and basic usage analytics. Audio is generated for your sessions and stored so you can replay them.
Your data is used to generate, personalize, and serve affirmations back to you. Journal content and personalization are never published or shared with other users. We do not sell your data.
Data is stored securely through the Base44 platform. Access to your records is restricted to you. Sensitive entries (journals, personal story) are kept private by default.
You can export or delete your data anytime from Profile → Privacy. You can also delete your account permanently, which removes your affirmations, journals, playlists, personalization, and signs you out.
Mental Refrain is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
